Due to the personal nature of our product and costs associated with shipping, we do not accept returns of our mouth tape.

However, if you are unsatisfied with our product, we will provide you with a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@ibreathewell.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After thirty calendar days have passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
