Find a comfortable position either sitting, standing or lying down.
Place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen.
Inhale slowly through your nose, focus on feeling your abdomen expand like a balloon while keeping your chest still.
Exhale slowly through your nose, focus on letting your abdomen fall naturally while your chest is still.
